A representative of a high-end real estate firm specializing in historic properties has been sent from corporate headquarters to oversee the auction of a unique, once in a lifetime, opportunity. Upon arrival, it is discovered that all plans have been carried out to the letter and the guests are arriving soon to begin the auction. Once they begin to arrive however, things with the property begin to change in quite unexpected ways; and a murder of one of the guests leave the idea of a quick sale up for debate
Recommended for: An audience ages 10 and over due to some creepy effects.
