We at Live Arts Theatre are pleased as punch to have Steven Miller on our stage again! He has been in over 100 community theatre productions to date and most recently appeared as Freddie Filmore/Scrooge in Live Arts’ holiday show, after a long gap since his appearances in Live Arts’ “Don’t Drink the Water” and “Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know.” You can’t keep him away now! He is concurrently appearing in the production “Who Killed Lulu?” with Atlanta Theatre-to-Go, which tours area senior centers and retirement homes. Steven is also an award-winning playwright, with his children’s play “From Here to There and Back Again” having completed its run in Duluth at New Dawn Theater in March.
Steven is playing the role of Hunter Dorossett in Live Arts production of Stealing Home. He has generously shared his answers to our oh-so-probing questions:
Q: If this is not your first show at Live Arts, what other shows have you done with us?
A: I appeared in Live Arts’ “Don’t Drink the Water” and “Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know” several years ago and just played Scrooge in their recent “A Christmas Carol: a Live Radio Play.”

Q: What attracted you to audition for Stealing Home?
A: I auditioned for the season and got a callback for “Stealing Home.” It really wasn’t on my radar until then, but fit in nicely with my schedule.
Q: Name two fun facts about you?
A: I’m concurrently appearing in Atlanta Theatre-to-Go’s production of “Who Killed Lulu?,” an hour-long murder mystery touring to area senior centers and retirement homes.
I’m an award-winning playwright whose children’s play “From Here to There and Back Again” is running at New Dawn Theater in Duluth from March 10-19.
