Live Arts Theatre is glad to prevent Nylsa Smallwood to our audiences. Nylsa has earned a BA in Theater Arts from LaGrange College, and has been in numerous productions. Most recently, she has been seen on stages around the Atlanta Metro area such as Act 3 Productions where she was in Violet and The Women. She was also in You Can’t Take it With You, with Lionheart Theatre Company.
Nylsa is playing the roles of Zelda and Female Understudy in Stealing Home. We at Live Arts Theatre are very greatful for her calm presense and helpful attitude. She has easily slipped into her character of Zelda, and even provided clothing from her closet to help bring the character to life? Let’s get to know a little more about her:
Q: Is this your first show at Live Arts, and what other shows have you done with us?
A: Yes. This is my first production with Live Arts.
Q: What attracted you to audition for Stealing Home?
A: A great script, with fun female roles!
Q: Name two fun facts about you?
A: I love reading children’s books and I love cooking!!!
