Becca Parker
Co-Artistic Director
Becca Parker is the Founding Artistic Director of Live Arts Theatre. She landed in Gwinnett County after having done almost every job possible both onstage and off in theaters around the US. She is excited to develop a professional teaching theatre that will serve the needs of Gwinnett County for many years to come. Locally, and in addition to Live Arts, Becca has worked with companies such as Process Theatre, OnStage Atlanta, Canticle Ensemble, New Dawn Theatre, Fifth Row Center, and Next Stage Theatre. She is also an accomplished musician. She can be heard on the CD “Celebrating Sacred Rhythms” as a member of the Choral Arts Society of Washington. In her spare time, Becca also substitute teaches in Gwinnett County.
Andre Eaton Jr.
Co-Artistic Director
Andre Eaton Jr is a member of Live Arts Pro Company. He has Bachelors degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing and theatre performance from Georgia State University. He was a part of Horizon Theatre’s 13/14 acting apprentice company. Some of his favorite Live Arts credits include: Guy (Blues for an Alabama Sky), Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing Flipped), Chief Beatty (Fahrenheit 451), Morris Cohen (Fiorello), Cecily (Importance of Being Earnest Flipped), Officer Doughberg (Stealing Home) and Actor #5 (Spoon River Project). Other credits include: Edmund (King Lear), Magistrate (Lysistrata), Lucentio (Taming of the Shrew).
Colin Pearce
Managing Director
Colin A. R. Pearce is Live Arts’ Managing Director, currently a consulting role. He was recently admitted to the NY State Bar and is a consultant to small businesses and non-profits specializing in operational issues as well as taxation and transaction structuring. In the past, he has started several businesses related to production, especially production management and lighting design. He is an avid photographer, classical site recordist, and devoted student of philosophy, spirituality, science, and technology. He currently resides in Astoria, NY with his fiancé Sanjay Merchant, an expert in User Experience Design and previously an Operatic Tenor.

D-Norris
Teaching Artist
D. Norris has been involved with performing, directing, and choreographing locally for a number of years. You may remember D. as Cecil in Stealing Home, or as Dracula. When not at the theatre, you can find D teaching salsa dance.
Jordan Hermitt
Teaching Artist
Jordan-Yvonne Hermitt is very excited to be chosen to be a Pro Company member at Live Arts Theatre. Jordan-Yvonne is a recent graduate of Wesleyan College (First for Women) in Macon GA, where she earned a BA in Theatre, with a minor in visual art. While there she earned the keys to the costume rooms and costumed and styled numerous shows. Set design and playwriting were also a large part of her theatre education. Jordan-Yvonne has been in a couple of plays every year since age 11. Some of her favorite roles include Eve/Mama Noah in Children of Eden, and she has played both Don John and Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing. When she’s not on stage, you can find her stage managing or most preferably under a pile of costumes.
Rodney L. Johnson
Teaching Artist
Rodney L. Johnson was bitten by the acting bug many years ago. He has been involved in countless performances and appearances. Rodney finds pleasure in being able to depict the lives of others. Acting gives him the opportunity to entertain and educate individuals about situations, causes, and events that involves our lives and communities. Rodney hopes that by being part of Pro-Company, he can help to take LAT to a new level so that the LAT family can start getting the recognition it so much deserves.
