The Intensive Program was designed to assist those who are interested in various areas of theatre to develop the necessary skills in order to be successful at a professional level in the selected field. More than just an apprenticeship, the LAT program emphasizes learning by doing, and careful evaluation as skills are developed.
The program lasts one season, beginning on or about August 1, and ending August 31 of the following year. Information on areas currently offered are below. We are adding new areas each year, so if there is an area you are interested in that is not currently offered, please reach out to LAT Co-Artistic Directors Becca Parker at beccaparker@liveartstheatre.org and Andre Eaton at andreeatonjr@liveartstheatre.org
Applications for the 2025-26 LAT Intensive Company are now open and will close December 15, 2024.
