Live Arts Theatre is proud to present Syanna Bailey in Rumplestiltskin! Syanna is thirteen years old and is in 7th grade at Lanier Middle School where she enjoys singing in the Chorus. So far, Syanna has performed in Bye Bye Birdie at Lanier Middle School, and Peter Pan at Sycamore Elementary School. She also enjoys Ballroom and Latin dancing, which she recently began learning.
Syanna is playing the role of Margaret/Wench. Here are her answers to our interview questions:
Q: Name two fun facts about you.
A: I am Puerto Rican and my favorite food is chicken and dumplings.
Q; Why did you decide to auditions for Rumplestiltskin?
A: I love acting and when Ms.Maugans told me you were having the play, I immediately wanted to audition.
Q: Why should audiences come see the play:
A: Rumplestiltskin is really funny and humorous. The play really interacts with the audience, unlike some plays.
Q: What can audiences look forward to with Rumplestiltskin?
A: The jokes and the humor.
Q: Are there any similarities between you and your character?
A: My character is really sassy, and I’m really sassy too.
